NEET PG Counselling 2019: Seat matrix of round 2 announced, choice filling begins

New Delhi, April 8: The seat matrix for round 2 NEET PG counselling has been released now. Those candidates can fill their choices, who have their name in the round two of counselling. They can do so by visiting the official website of Medical Council of India, mcc.nic.in.

“The seat matrix for Round-2 is available now and candidates can fill in their choices for Round 2,” the official website mentioned. The first round of counselling has been concluded on March 26, 2019.

Telangana, AP candidates eligible for all India 50 per cent quota

As Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are participating in the counseling for all India 50 per cent quota MD/MS/PG diploma seats this year, the candidates belonging to these two states are eligible for all India 50 per cent quota (2018 admission session).

Students, who have studied/passed MBBS from the state of Jammu & Kashmir, are ineligible for All India 50 per cent quota seats. Though, the candidates who were nominated by the Government of India (under central pool seats) to study MBBS from medical colleges in J&K are eligible for admission to All India 50 per cent quota MD/MS/PG diploma courses.

Documents needed for NEET PG/MDS counselling 2019

  • BDS/MBBS degree
  • Medical fitness certificate
  • NEET MDS/PG 2019 marksheet
  • Internship completion certificate
  • Copy of receipt of online fee payment
  • Copy of downloaded NEET MDS/PG 2019 admit card
  • Permanent/provisional registration certificate of Maharashtra Medical Council or other State Medical Councils in India/MCI
  • Nationality certificate/valid passport or school leaving certificate of HSC/Class 12 mentioning the nationality of the candidate as “Indian”
  • Certificate from Head of Institute showing that the college/institute from which the candidate has passed MBBS/MDS examination is recognized by MCI
