How to file objection
As mentioned above, candidates can challenge the answer key by filing an objection against it. They are required to pay a sum of Rs. 590 plus 18 per cent GST for every objection that they file with the university. However, if the candidate’s challenge is right, the amount would be refunded to their accounts. Such will not be the case with challenges which are wrong. The candidate would not be able to challenge the decision of the admissions committee of Symbiosis University. Test takers can file their objections within a two-day window starting on December 19 to 20. Students would be informed about the admissions committee’s decision before January 10. Also, the same would be intimated to students on their verified emails.
Students should make sure that the challenges filed by them are in English and clear. Further, candidates cannot edit or delete the challenge that they have marked once they have filed the same and paid the amount. They will get only one chance to file objections, within which they can register as many challenges as they want. There would a remarks column with every challenge filed and test takers would have to state their reason for filing the challenge clearly. Challenges would be considered by the university only after the student pays the requisite amount.
